Adverse weather conditions that pose risks to the boat or passengers, as indicated by a Red Flag warning from Sinaproc.

New government restrictions that prevent the scheduled activity.

Non-Refundable Payments: Payments are non-refundable if the guest:

Cancels for personal reasons or changes their mind.

Fails to attend the scheduled activity.
In such cases, the payment will be retained to cover:

Operational costs of the boat.

Cleaning and preparation expenses.

Opportunity costs due to the inability to accept other reservations.
