STEP 2: How to confirm your Booking:

- make a 50% payment by credit / debit card and the rest cash on BOARDING DATE

- or 100% upfront payment by US, EU or Panamanian bank transfer.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Bank Transfer Fees: Guests are responsible for covering all bank transfer fees associated with payments.
Refund Eligibility: Payments are refundable solely in cases of force majeure, which include:
- Adverse weather conditions that pose risks to the boat or passengers, as indicated by a Red Flag warning from Sinaproc.
- New government restrictions that prevent the scheduled activity.
Non-Refundable Payments: Payments are non-refundable if the guest:
- Cancels for personal reasons or changes their mind.
- Fails to attend the scheduled activity.
In such cases, the payment will be retained to cover:
- Operational costs of the boat.
- Cleaning and preparation expenses.
- Opportunity costs due to the inability to accept other reservations.
