San Blas
San Blas is an archipelago of approximately 365 idyllic islands, of which only 49 are inhabited.
This territory, also called Guna Yala, is home to the Kuna people, an indigenous ethnic group that defended their territory and independence along the centuries.
Kunas are very proud of their traditions and lifestyle, that is why they still resist Western influences to modernisation.
Their economy is based on fishing, agriculture and traditional clothing manufacturing called Molas.

OUR SAILING TRIPS
San Blas is a MUST when visiting Panama, depending on how much time you have, we recommend to book at least a day tour, but definitely this place is worth spending minimum two nights and two days if you can. Once you have visited San Blas Islands, you are good to go, no other place in Panama will beat the beauty and uniqueness of this Caribbean Paradise.

DAY TOUR Itinerary:
5:00 AM: Get picked up from the comfort of your accommodation in Panama City. (if selected)

8:00/8:30 AM: Arrive at Carti port and hop aboard a speedboat, which will connect you your sailboat.
​
9:30/10:00 AM: Arrive at your sailboat, which will be anchored by an island in Cayos Limones. Here you you can swim in the crystal-clear waters, do snorkeling through the corals, or explore the island.
12:00 AM: Sail to another island.
1:00 PM: Enjoy a delicious lunch on the sailboat, prepared with locally sourced ingredients. After lunch you will still have some time to swim, snorkel, do kayaking, paddle-boarding or check out the other island.

3:00 PM: Checkout from the sailboat to start your way back to the city.
7:00 PM: You will be dropped-off at your accommodation in Panama City. (if selected)

ACTIVITIES
Snorkeling
In San Blas, you will find one of the most pristine coral reefs in the world. Corals are usually situated in pretty shallow waters, so even if you're not a diver, you can still appreciate their beauty.
Fishing
San Blas waters is full of the most diverse species of fish. If you're into fishing, have fun assisting the crew with the catch of the day.
Relax
San Blas is the best place for a relaxing vacation. Come to enjoy a private island, just to yourself, where you can relax on a white sand beach or on a hammock, shaded by palm trees.
