Payment & Refund Policy

• Bank Transfer Fees: All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest and must be covered at the time of payment.

• Refund Eligibility: Payments are refundable solely in cases of force majeure, which include:

  • Adverse weather conditions that pose risks to the boat or passengers, as indicated by a Red Flag warning from Sinaproc.

  • New government restrictions that prevent the scheduled activity.

• Non-Refundable Payments: Payments are non-refundable if the guest:

  • Cancels for personal reasons or changes their mind.

  • Fails to attend the scheduled activity.

• In such cases, the payment will be retained to cover:

  • Operational costs of the boat.

  • Cleaning and preparation expenses.

  • Opportunity costs due to the inability to accept other reservations.​​

Equipment Usage & Liability

• Guests are provided with various equipment, including snorkeling gear, kayaks, paddleboards, and floats.

• These items hold intrinsic value, and guests are expected to use them responsibly.

• In the event of loss or damage, the guest is required to compensate the crew accordingly.

San Blas Entry Taxes

• Entry taxes to San Blas are not included in our prices and must be paid separately:

• $22 per person for foreign nationals.

• $7 per person for Panamanian citizens or residents.

Identity Verification

• To confirm your identity and attendance, a photograph of your identification card will be taken.
